ApexSQL Log reads the SQL Server Transaction Log allowing you to audit database actions like data changes (inserts, updates and deletes) as well as structure changes passively, with no database triggers. ApexSQL Log offers access to historical data of actions that occurred even before installing ApexSQL Log. ApexSQL Log adds no run time to the underlying database system as it passively reads the SQL Server Transaction Log.
