RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX 版本更新 Q1 2010 (更新日期：6/8/2010)

Q1'10 release of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX follows Telerik’s commitment to deliver the most comprehensive and industry leading AJAX toolset. We are continuously adding new controls and improving the current offering to facilitate the work of developers and the new release is no exception. Two new controls join Telerik ASP.NET AJAX suite and many other receive tons of helpful enhancements.

Closely following Microsoft’s release schedule, RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX provide support for the latest Visual Studio 2010. In addition, the Q1 version of the suite comes with JavaScript IntelliSense for the AJAX controls scripts in Visual Studio 2008/2010 and native .NET 4.0 builds.

Among the highlights of the release are:

  • Visual Studio 2010/.NET 4.0 RC support
    Since our development plans are aligned with Microsoft Visual Studio release schedule, RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX provide support for the latest Visual Studio 2010 and .NET 4.0.
  • The ASP.NET AJAX suite ships with native .NET 4 builds of Telerik dll files
  • A much pleasant surprise for Q1 2010 release is out-of-the-box JavaScript IntelliSense for RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX scripts in Visual Studio 2008 and 2010.
  • Visual Studio Extensions
    With Q1 2010 release, the Extensions package for Visual Studio 2010 utilizes pure xcopy (VSIX) deployment. You can manage your Telerik Visual Studio Extensions with VS 2010’s Extension Manager and enable, disable, install or uninstall the package.
  • RadFilter
    A new control that joins the ASP.NET AJAX suite, RadFilter will allow you to build complex filter expressions (based on the data type of the source fields) and attach them to data-bound controls like RadGrid and RadListView.
  • RadAsyncUpload is another control that expands Telerik ASP.NET AJAX offering. It enables you to perform configurable asynchronous uploads of single or multiple files. RadAsyncUpload provides smooth file async upload handling with rich progress status information display and its efficient proprietary http handler allocates minimum server memory.
  • RadEditor
    With Q1 2010 release RadEditor receives several enhancements several of them being light versions of hyperlink and image dialogs, import/export to RTF functionality, and thumbnail functionality.
  • RadGrid offers improved functionalities introducing filtering option for header context menu, rating column and interoperability with RadFilter.
  • RadListView
    Introduced with Telerik’s previous release, RadListView gets its fair share of improved functionality in Q1 2010 among which built-in filtering, interoperability with RadFilter and items drag-and-drop.
  • RadCaptcha now offers audio support so that letters generated by the control are pronounced in phonetic alphabet.
  • RadFormDecorator offers styling for ASP.NET DetailsView, FormView and GridView.
  • RadScheduler is updated with a visual icon for non-visible appointments, new optimized appointment rendering and an option to colorize appointments with Simple and Standard styles
