Architecture
FormReader Desktop Edition is designed for standalone using when all data capture operations are performed on one workstation.
At the same time network installation is also available as an optional feature, enabling to increase the efficiency of the system by running scanning, recognition, and data validation simultaneously on several computers in the network.
