VARCHART XTree New in Version 4.1

Version 4.1 of VARCHART XTree was issued in July 2007. The enhancements of the version are listed below:

New Editions

From Version 4.1 onwards of VARCHART XNet and VARCHART XTree developers will benefit from the .NET and (in close future) ASP.NET editions as well as from the proven ActiveX edition. The removal of the intermediate layer (interoperability assembly) makes component integration much easier.

Graphical User Interface

Tables, layers and calendar grids of the user interface can now be highlighted more emotively using the new transparent colors. In addition, marking is now more flexible. You can now choose any transparent or non-transparent color for continuous marking of rows stretching from teh tables into the Gantt graph.

Datafields, Data Sets and Data Types

You can draw upon one of three fields of keys for clearly identifying data sets. It is also now possible to change the names of data fields during run time.

Help from our Runtime Dialogs, e.g. Print Dialog.

The VcHelpRequested event is used to enable the application to call its own help pages when the user presses the F1 key in one of the dialog boxes during runtime.
