WebInput.NET control is a rich, multi-purpose user interface input control targetting ASP.NET web development which enables you to easily formatting data, masking data, validating data, and highlighting data. The WebInput.NET component is built on the top of new Intersoft's Component Framework, named WebUI.NET which will be the base for all upcoming Intersoft's products. There are many benefits and advantages introduced by the framework such as object model consistency, rich and standarized styles model as well as rich features.

WebInput.NET supports .NET culture setting info for formatting and validating with various culture type from Afrikaans to Vietnamese. - Formatting
Using standard .NET formatting feature, WebInput has a solid formatting base that exposes much NET. formatting features including format expression, validation, separator, and standard format. - Masking
An extraordinary WebInput features which can define input expression, limiting input, validate input and spin selected input text. Follow standard masking mechanism, it brings powerfull editing feature to WebInput.NET. - Client Side Object Model
WebInput.NET has a solid, consistent, and more object oriented client side object model corresponding to server side object model. Fewer properties than server side with extra client side features. Benefits- Intersoft WebInput.NET is a multi-purpose data input component allowing you to do many things from basic free text input to masked editor. You can use WebInput.NET as:
- Standard text editor, replacing basic HTML Input element or asp:TextBox. One of the major advantage by using WebInput.NET is the uniform appearance and rich, consistent 3-state interactive styles to your input form.
- WinForm-like DateTimeInput style and behavior. One of the WebInput.NET's key strength is its ability to exactly simulate the behavior of Windows-based DateTimeInput. The behavior exposed phrase highlighting, value spinning as well as full keyboard navigation between each DateTime's element.
- Money-like CurrencyInput style and behavior. WebInput.NET defines a new standard in web-based input component by enabling such rich behavior of CurrencyInput simulating the one found in Microsoft Money. WebInput.NET has the ability to detect operator character during typing and automatically display CalculatorEditor for the convenience of your end users. The built-in CalculatorEditor is a versatile, rich features and fully customizable styles including the separation of Operand and Operator styles.
- Masked text editor. WebInput.NET offered comprehensive support for masking expression including standard masking literals and expression such as the one found in Microsoft Access. With the combination of WebInput.NET's capability in 3 modes highlighting (character, phrase, or word), you have the most flexible input component available to easily create powerful masked input such as Sosial Security Number, Phone Number, Extension and others.
- Multi line textbox. Use WebInput.NET to replace the standard text area to get consistent look&feel in your entire form. Most features such as Highlight, Masking and so on will be disabled when working in Multi line textbox.
- Password mode. Use WebInput.NET to replace standard password input.
- Others. WebInput.NET has wide range of options and features that work well between one and another, enables you to create any data input model that required by your applications. For example, you can easily configure the WebInput.NET to provide capitalized input by simply setting the CharacterCasing property.
